ABOUT OUR REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (small envelopes excluded). Any difference in price for exchanged items will be billed and payment will need to be received before exchange will be completed. If new item is less than original, a refund will be issued for the price difference. Some large items require additional shipping. If item is returned for any reason other than damage, a refund/exchange will be issued minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with the exception of damaged items. All damage must be reported immediately. LTL deliveries must have the damage noted on the delivery receipt. If item is found to be damaged at delivery, it must be noted on receipt and delivery refused. If item is accepted, it must be inspected hours and email be sent with evidence of the damage to the email below within 24 hours of delivery. If a shipment is refused, and no evidence of damage is found or reported, we reserve the right to charge the customer: 1) a restocking fee of 20%, 2) outbound freight charges, and 3) return freight charges. All shortages must be reported immediately. LTL deliveries must have the shortage noted on the delivery receipt. When applicable (if item not in original condition as received as an example), a restocking fee of 20% shall be applied. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of the receipt of confirmation of the returned items from our supplier. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive the refund to your original purchase method.
