CONTRACTOR AND DESIGNER ONLY PRICING

Contractors receive exclusive pricing through MK Cabinetry and as the contractor’s volume increases, the pricing discount deepens. Contractors can either tell us what they would like to order or we can design a layout with different levels of service.

BASIC DESIGN

The contractor provides us with the space details, cabinet and accessory selections. Then we design a layout per the information they provide. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify all measurements and the accuracy of the design. The design is not guaranteed so the contractor is responsible for the cabinets once the design and layout are approved with the exception of a mis-order on our part. This includes three revisions to the design, layouts and basic renderings. This does not include any meetings or contact with the client. Communication is directly with the contractor.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

We work directly with the client to develop a design and assist with selections for cabinet related items. We both meet and communicate directly with the client to save the contractor time and effort in the development of the layout and design. We also guarantee the design, so if there are any issues that arise from the design that are our error, we will correct the issue at our cost. The big changes from the basic design are: communication and direct contact with the client, guaranteed layouts and design and enhanced access to layout and renderings.

CABINET INSTALLATION

We can also install the cabinets for you. We have many years of experience as remodelers and cabinet installers, so we understand many of the issues that might arise during installation. Additionally, if we damage the cabinets during installation, we will correct the mistake at our cost. We also have the added service of coming to the project after completion with our cabinet re-finisher to take care of any small details or nicks that happen on any constructions site. Additionally, we will make the commitment to the contractor that we will not compete with them for any clients they bring to us for the full service design and we will not alter our general retail pricing to compete with them on price should a client come to us directly.
