Affordable Bathroom Vanities

We have been hard at work adding to our portfolio of products and have focused heavily on bathroom vanities. As a result, we have partnered with Hardware Resources, James Martin Vanities and Fairmont Designs to bring a broad base of design and affordability options to our bathroom vanity selection. Even if you aren’t looking for a full remodel, take a look at the vanities we have to offer. We can ship anywhere in the United States with most of our products and they are easy enough for most people to install themselves with the help of a plumber.

James Martin Vanities have always caught our eye with unique design and quality construction. They provide a beautiful furniture looking vanity at a very affordable cost when compared to buying similar looking cabinets and countertops individually.

Fairmont Designs has very clean designs and a price point accessible to most clients. This is another manufacturer that has always interested us and we are very excited to be able to offer their products to our clients. These bathroom vanities are available in the East Valley as they are shipped directly to MK Cabinetry.

Hardware Resources provides a broad range of designs and affordable bathroom vanities that nearly any client can afford. We have already installed a few of these bathroom vanities and their quality and functionality have been great.

As the year goes on, be sure to check out MK Online as we are adding new products and lines every week. We hope to have James Martin Vanities for sale online in the second half of the year.

If you are considering a bathroom upgrade, contact us about our affordable bathroom vanities. These are a great way to add an instant ‘wow’ factor to any bathroom at an affordable price.

Have a great one!

What we’ve been up to…Bathroom Vanities and More!

As some of you may have noticed, we have been gone a while, but it was for a good reason. We have been working hard on setting up new services and a new online store! Currently, the store includes Cabinetry Hardware and Cabinet Organizers. Very soon, we will be adding a new Bathroom Vanity category where you will be able to purchase full bathroom vanities including a countertop and sink. These bathroom vanities are always a good value alternative to adding new cabinets with new countertops. The future will include items and categories from our new partners Hardware Resources and Alfi Trade Inc. So be sure to check back with us as we continually add to the online store!

Here are some of our current items (remember Bathroom Vanities are soon to be added!):

Recently, Hardware Resources was at KBIS and introduced many new items:

A few that stood out to us were the new Cade (which will be on our site shortly) and Lindley bathroom vanities, the jewelry drawers and the rotating shoe and boot rack. Some of these items aren’t posted on our site yet, but if you see one and you would like to purchase it, email us and we will give you a custom quote that will match or beat anything you can find online. That goes for anything you find on the Hardware Resources site that you might like.

Our goal for the store is to identify and offer items that we feel will add value and style to your space. As we add more, we will also be adding a range of items that appeal to different styles and tastes from traditional to modern. We are striving to make this store a reference for any that are looking to add affordable solutions to the home and create a WOW factor that will increase the value of your space.

If you don’t already, be sure to follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MKRemodeling/ and https://www.facebook.com/mkcabinetry/. We will be adding items and offering discounts to so our followers are up to date on everything we are adding.

We look forward to serving you in 2017….Happy New Year!

The New Roof – Solar

Elon Musk’s Next Plan: Do for Roofs What He Did for Cars

The solar industry has been around a long time and while they have succeeded in expanding solar panels to residential rooftops, they have been limited by the bulky aesthetics of solar panels. We all know them when we see them and they haven’t changed msolarpanelroofuch over the years. Many would be consumers are hesitant to install solar panels are their roofs because of how they look. To combat this consumer concern, scientists and companies have been developing less obtrusive panels that blend with their environment: in this case it is the shingle roof.

This transition highlights the importance of design and its relationship to function. While the old panels were set up to collect sunlight, the trade off was the ‘heavy’ look of the panels and the additional hassle of maintaining your roof. Replacing a roof is enough of a process without having to first remove the panels and then re-install them after. Not to mention concerns with repairing a simple leak or panels causing more damage to your roof. With the new vision Elon Musk is proposing here, the new solar roof will function much the same way a normal roof would. Maintenance would seem to be done by one entity rather than having to coordinate between the traditional roofer and the solar panel installer to repair or replace the roof. By pursuing this redesignsolarroof, Solar City and others will not only get over the aesthetics hurdle, but they will also expand their potential market to include those who have reservations about the functionality of having solar panels on their roofs. This is design in action!

So what do you think? Would you be more likely to install solar panels that look like a normal roof? Was this even a concern?
