I love 4th of July. Great day for BBQs, relaxing, and enjoying the people in your life. So I thought I would put together some of my favorite little backyard ideas to help make the place look a little more festive. I made sure they would be quick and easy ways to bring the Red, White and Blue to your holiday.  Go on and celebrate America!

I know we are located in Arizona, and everyone always says, “Its hot there why would you need a fireplace?” Well because a fireplace just makes a home feel more like… a home. More romantic, more playful even. I know we probably only have a fire about three times a year, when the desert decides to really cool down in the winter months, but a fireplace is just something that is wonderful and adds a beautiful centerpiece to a home. So to all of you who love fireplaces like I do, here is a gallery of a few from the living room to the bathroom. You can’t go wrong with a fireplace.

There are just so many cool ways to make an entrance, or to close off a room for privacy. I know I love the idea of openness in the home, and having glass added to doors, or just open wrought iron, just create an instant charm that is very appealing to me.
